Diving in Truk (Chuuk) Lagoon is an adventure you will never forget. Over 50+ World War II Japanese shipwrecks, often referred to as the “Ghost Fleet”, are scattered across 77 square miles. These wrecks are treated as museums and are thought of as “an open grave” by the Japanese. The wrecks are fully loaded with artillery, Zeroes, tanks, vehicles, torpedoes, deck guns and more! The wrecks include destroyers, submarines, cargo ships, planes and transport ships. New wrecks are still being discovered and these wrecks are covered with sea life! There are over 300 varieties of hard and soft corals. On the outer reef you'll find mountains of coral that stretch as far as the eye can see and drops-off into the abyss. The water temperature ranges from 82 to 84 degrees. Visibility ranges from 30' to 100' and there is little current. Swarms of small reef fishes and sometimes pelagic species live in and around the wrecks.

Dive with us June 5-12, 2011! The price, based on double occupancy TBA (approx. $5000 per person). This package includes five days of 5-tank diving aboard the 126-ft Odyssey, Truk’s finest liveaboard vessel. All staterooms are air-conditioned with private ensuite facilities and DVD players.
